Food we ate, the post trip round up

Raglan Road – Raglan Risotto (Garden pea risotto, aged pecorino, buffalo mozzarella & tender pea tendrils.), Tart Art (Asparagus & goat’s cheese tart with garden peas, leeks & lemon oil dressed arugula), Au Gratin Potatoes.  We shared Chocolate Heaven (Flourless chocolate cake, fresh berries, chocolate ganache with whipped cream).

Sci-Fi Dine In – Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie (with fresh Vegetables, Black Beans, and Chipotle Peppers blended to replicate the Pie Mom used to make, topped with Mashed Potatoes and Cheddar Cheese), Southwest Vegetarian Burger (Black Bean and Vegetable Patty topped with a warm House-made Tomato Jam, Arugula, fresh Tomatoes, and Avocado Mayonnaise on a Toasted Bun with choice of Cucumber Salad or Sweet Potato Fries), Warm Glazed Doughnut (with Cinnamon Apples and topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce), Hot Fudge Sundae (Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, and a Cherry)

First concocted by the noted explorer and humanitarian, Dr. Albert Slush), Rice Noodle Bowl with Tofu (Pho Broth served with Jalapeños with mix of fresh Herbs), Curried Vegetable Crew Stew (served with Roasted Acorn Squash, Lentils, and Sautéed Collard Greens), Coconut Bar with Pineapple-Basil Compote and Vanilla Cream (Coconut Bar with Pineapple-Basil Compote and Vanilla Cream), Kungaloosh! The Wave… of American Flavors – (ask for the vegetarian menu) Pan Seared tofu with cilantro pesto and succotash (Which Shawn was able to get without the corn), Curry Vegetarian Stew with jasmine rice (I was given mixed wild rice instead, but it was still good), American Flavors Flight (Coconut Panna Cotta with Passion Fruit Drizzle and Passion Fruit Boba, S’more Graham Cracker Cake with House-made Toasted Smokey Marshmallow, Gluten-Friendly Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Mousse and Rum-roasted Pineapple), Chocolate Flight (German Chocolate Cake with Salted-Caramel Sauce, Chocolate Ganache, and Toasted Coconut, Chocolate Crème Brûlée with fresh Raspberries, The Wave Chocolate Brownie with White Chocolate Ice Cream and Godiva Chocolate Sauce)
